A few weeks ago I busted out the water colors and created a blog design for a gardening blog. I wanted to give it a slightly messy feel and really bring the tactile quality of gardening into the design.
The most fun part was creating all the hand lettered text. I just wrote the words a bunch of different times on a large sheet of watercolor paper and then cut and pasted the ones I liked best together in Photoshop.
